6. 权利与义务 乙方作为服务提供商，有义务保障服务网的正常运行，确保用户能顺利完成 网上宣传、信息上传和交易等操作。同时，乙 方还需要承担协议规定的其他服务提供者的义务，包括但不限于服务内容的更新、技术支持、用户咨询等。
7. 违约责任与赔偿 协议中涉及违约责任条款，即当甲方或乙方未能履行协议约定时，应当承担相应的法律责任和赔偿义务。协议会详细 列出各种违约情形及相应的经济赔偿或法律后果。

1、客户明确放弃其自身的标准条款，即使这些条款是在这些销售标准条款之后制定的。为了有效，任何偏离必须事先以书面形式明确同意 。
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
2、 我们的发票应在15个工作日内付款，除非发票或订单上另有明确支付期限。在到期未付款的情况下，LD-SERVICE保留要求支付剩余应 付金额10%固定利息的权利。若付款延迟，LD-SERVICE有权在不提前通知的情况下暂停任何服务提供。
Our invoices are payable within 15 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, LD-SERVICE reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. LD-SERVICE will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
3、 如果付款在到期日后仍未结清超过三十（30）天，LD-SERVICE保留法务起诉的权利，确保公司的合法权益的权利；所有法律费用将由 客户承担。
If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (30) days after the due payment date, LD-SERVICE reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
4、 某些国家根据其本国法律对发票金额进行预扣税。任何预扣税将由客户支付给税务机关。在任何情况下，LD-SERVICE都不会涉及与某 国法律相关的费用。因此，发票金额应全额支付给 LD-SERVICE，不包括与客户所在国家法律相关的任何费用。
Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can LD-SERVICE become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to LD-SERVICE in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
5、 LD-SERVICE 承诺尽最大努力按照约定的时间框架及时提供高效服务。然而，其任何义务均不得视为必须达成某种结果的义务。在任何 情况下，客户都不得要求 LD-SERVICE 以第三方身份出现在终端消费者对客户提出的任何损害赔偿索赔中。
LD-SERVICE undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. LD-SERVICE cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
6、 为了提供给更好的服务，请您在收到货物交付后，在5个工作日内，请尽快联系我们，并且以邮件方式或者正式文件通知我们LD-SERVICE，我们收到通知之后尽快安排服务/退换货服务，如收到货超过5个工作日没有以邮件或者正式文件通知我们，我们示为正常验收。
In order for it to be admissible, LD-SERVICE must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 5 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
7、 我们所有的合同关系将完全受国家法律管辖。
All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by China law.
